ZEAGRiT Co., Ltd. ("ZEAGRiT", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you buy from our shops on online marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay and Vestiaire Collective), contact us, follow our social media accounts, or visit this website.
1. Information we collect
- Order information provided to us by the marketplace where you purchase: your name, shipping address, email address or marketplace message ID, phone number (when needed for delivery), items purchased and order details.
- Messages you send to us through marketplaces, email or social media.
- Business account data from platforms we connect to our own internal tools, such as listing, order, inventory and performance data of our own seller and social media accounts.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by the marketplaces and their payment providers.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect personal information from visitors.
2. How we use information
- To process, pack and ship your order, and to prepare customs documents.
- To provide tracking information and customer support, and to handle returns.
- To manage our inventory and listings across our own sales channels.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax, customs and secondhand dealer record-keeping laws in Japan.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing of information
We share personal information only as needed to fulfil your order or comply with the law:
- Shipping carriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx and Orange Connex / eBay SpeedPAK) and customs authorities, to deliver your order.
- Our logistics partner in Japan that stores, photographs and packs our items on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- Marketplaces where you placed your order, as required by their policies.
- Government authorities when required by law.
4. Use of platform APIs and social media
We use official APIs provided by platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Pinterest, Meta (Instagram), X and DHL to connect our own business accounts to our internal store management system. Through these APIs we access only data related to our own accounts (for example, our listings, our orders and our posts), and we use it only to operate our own business — for example, to publish posts and Pins about our products, to keep inventory in sync and to create shipping labels. We do not access other users' accounts, and we do not sell or transfer data obtained through these APIs to third parties. Data obtained through each platform is handled in accordance with that platform's terms and policies.
5. International transfers
We are located in Japan and ship worldwide. Your information may be processed in Japan and in the countries of the carriers and service providers involved in delivering your order. We take reasonable measures to protect your information wherever it is processed.
6. Data retention
We keep order information for as long as necessary to complete the transaction and to meet legal requirements (for example, records required under Japanese tax law and the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act), and then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We limit access to personal information to staff and partners who need it, use access-controlled systems, and keep API credentials secure.
8. Your rights and data deletion requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. To make a request, email ohata@zeagrit.com with the subject "Data request" and include your order number or the account name you used. We will respond within 30 days. If you interacted with us through a platform (such as Instagram or Pinterest), you can also remove your data through that platform's own settings.
9. Children
Our shops are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.

株式会社ZEAGRiT（以下「当社」）は、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱うことが重要な責務であると考え、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 取得する情報
当社は、Etsy・eBay・Vestiaire Collective等のオンラインマーケットプレイスでのご注文に際し、各マーケットプレイスから提供される氏名、配送先住所、メールアドレスまたはメッセージID、電話番号（配送に必要な場合）、ご注文内容等を取得します。また、お問い合わせの内容、および当社のアカウントに関する各プラットフォームのデータを取得します。クレジットカード等の決済情報は当社では取得・保存しません。本ウェブサイトでは、クッキーや解析ツールを使用しておらず、閲覧者の個人情報は取得しません。
2. 利用目的
- ご注文商品の発送、通関書類の作成
- 配送状況のご案内、お問い合わせ・返品への対応
- 当社の販売チャネルにおける在庫・出品の管理
- 税法、関税法、古物営業法その他の法令に基づく記録・対応
当社は個人情報を販売せず、第三者の広告目的に利用しません。
3. 第三者への提供
当社は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

4. 各プラットフォームのAPIの利用について
当社は、eBay、Etsy、Pinterest、Meta（Instagram）、X、DHL等が提供する公式APIを利用し、当社自身のアカウントを社内の店舗管理システムと連携しています。APIを通じて取得するのは当社自身のアカウントに関するデータ（出品、注文、投稿等）のみであり、当社の事業運営（商品の投稿、在庫の同期、送り状の作成等）のためにのみ利用します。他のユーザーのアカウントにアクセスすることはなく、APIで取得したデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。各プラットフォームから取得したデータは、当該プラットフォームの規約に従って取り扱います。
5. 外国への移転
当社は日本から世界各国へ商品を発送するため、配送に関わる国の事業者に個人情報が提供される場合があります。当社は、提供先において個人情報が適切に保護されるよう合理的な措置を講じます。
6. 保存期間
取引の完了および法令上の保存義務（税法、古物営業法等）に必要な期間保存し、その後は削除または匿名化します。
7. 安全管理措置
個人情報へのアクセスを必要な担当者・委託先に限定し、アクセス管理されたシステムを使用するなど、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
8. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求
ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等のご請求があった場合、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除き、30日以内に対応します。件名を「個人情報について」とし、ご注文番号またはご利用のアカウント名を記載のうえ、ohata@zeagrit.com までご連絡ください。
